  Eman provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had. From the moment I arrived at Charles Tyrwhitt, she was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping me find the right suit. She carefully guided me through the measurements, fitting details, style recommendations, and alteration advice with exceptional patience and expertise. What stood out most was her attention to detail and the amount of care she put into making sure everything was perfect. She went above and beyond throughout the entire experience, and her commitment to customer satisfaction truly deserves recognition from management. A fantastic experience overall, and a big reason for that was Eman’s outstanding service. Highly recommended.

  Came to get a suit very last minute in a heatwave, one girl who served us and pinned the suit for alterations was totally fab and deserves a medal and promotion- only person in the shop doing any work or showing any customer service. Very frustrating that with a large queue to the changing room and air con broken, one customer assistant took her friend that she clearly knew to the front of the queue and allowed him to push in- if we weren’t on a tight schedule we would have gone elsewhere Five stars for the assistant with long dark hair who was totally wonderful, but honestly otherwise the shop was a state

  I had heard positive feedback about Charles Tyrwhitt, which led me to purchase a couple of long-sleeve Oxford shirts to evaluate the overall quality of their products. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, particularly with the buttons. Over time, the buttons have consistently deteriorated, crumbled into pieces, and required frequent replacement. At this rate, the cumulative cost of repairing the buttons may ultimately exceed the original purchase price of the shirts. Given these issues, I am dissatisfied with the product’s durability and would advise prospective buyers to be aware that ongoing maintenance and repairs may be necessary.

  I visited the Jermyn Street store seven years ago, and since then I’ve been ordering clothes very frequently online—mainly shirts, both casual and formal, as well as polos, fabric trousers, and accessories. I am completely satisfied and remain a loyal customer! Well done!

  I had an excellent service experience during my visit to the Jermyn Street branch on Monday midday. Upon entering, I was kindly greeted by a store employee who offered assistance and directed me to a particular section. However, I found myself a bit overwhelmed by the extensive display and numerous labels. Having already conducted my online research and identified the items I wished to purchase, my primary goal was to confirm sizing and achieve the correct fit. The abundance of information presented in the store initially caused some confusion, as I was unsure where to locate the specific items I was seeking. Fortunately, another store employee, Flecity, came to my aid. She attentively listened to my requirements and was exceptionally helpful in guiding me to the relevant sections, assisting me in finding the right items, accurately measuring my size, and offering valuable suggestions regarding the fit. With her assistance, I successfully found the perfect size and fit for polos, shirts, and an evening blazer. Her feedback on the fit was particularly instrumental in my decision-making process. I was very impressed by her professionalism, respectful demeanor, and extensive knowledge of colors, textures, and materials pertaining to the shirts. I am truly grateful for her help, which saved me a considerable amount of time during my shopping experience for shirts, polos, and a blazer. I felt exceptionally well-cared for and will certainly be returning to shop there again.
